Information you choose to submit
When you submit a contact, demo, support or referral form, we receive the fields you enter, such as your name, email, company and message. CH Dispatch trial requests are completed in the separate application at dispatchservice.carrierhubsolutions.com using its own request form. Unfinished contact forms are not sent by the website.
We use submitted information to respond to the request, arrange a demo or trial, assist with setup, support the service or review a referral. The optional platform-information popup sends your email only after you submit it and check its request checkbox.
Delivery and service providers
Requests are delivered to our team through the configured email service. Website hosting and email providers process information needed to deliver the service. Where configured, Google reCAPTCHA helps prevent automated form submissions and may process device and network information. Google’s privacy policy and terms apply to its services.
Optional analytics
Google Analytics is loaded only after you choose “Accept analytics.” It measures page visits, product interest, button clicks, walkthrough plays and successful request submissions. Form contents, names and email addresses are not passed to analytics by our website code.
