Getting started, made clearer.

Practical guides for evaluating the platforms and working through their core workflows.

Choose the right product

Choose Carrier Hub NEXT if you operate the trucking company and need a connected TMS. Choose CH Dispatch if you dispatch for outside carrier clients and want to manage their loads and your earnings.

Carrier Hub NEXT: from request to launch

  1. Request a demo with your name and email. Company name, fleet size and workflow priorities are helpful but optional.
  2. Walk through RateCon review, dispatch, driver updates, settlements, invoice packets and reports.
  3. Confirm the scope: production setup, database, branding, users, records to import, onboarding and support.
  4. Prepare customer-owned Windows hosting, SQL Server, domain and email access under the agreed implementation plan.
  5. Test the configured workflows with your team and confirm acceptance under your agreement.

CH Dispatch: from trial request to your first load

  1. Use the CH Dispatch trial request form to enter your full name, email and first carrier client’s name, email and location. Additional carriers are optional.
  2. Read the activation email from our team. It includes login details, a user guide and your trial dates.
  3. Add your carrier clients, drivers and trucks. Set the payment arrangement for each carrier.
  4. Upload a RateCon or enter the load, review its fields, calculate the Google route and assign the driver.
  5. Email the assignment as needed, track the load, then review your pay and generate the relevant statements.

Review AI-extracted RateCon details

AI results are a starting point. Compare every extracted field with the source: broker identity, dates, pickup and delivery locations, rates, miles, equipment and notes. Confirm the driver and truck assignment before saving. Do not treat extraction as a guarantee that a load is accurate.

Generating a PDF and emailing it are separate steps

Review the selected loads, pay rules and adjustments before generating a statement. Confirm the saved statement appears in the relevant history and open the PDF. Email the saved statement using the platform’s separate email action. For carrier invoicing, review the invoice and its RateCon and BOL/POD attachments before sending the packet.

Menu names and screen appearance can vary by version. If a PDF cannot be opened or an email does not arrive, contact support with the document type and the steps you followed.

Trial activation, expiry and subscription

A request is reviewed by our team and does not create an instant login. Your activation email confirms when the 30 days begin, the expiry date and the options for continuing with paid access. Contact us before expiry to discuss continuation or your records. The marketing request form collects no payment information.

Getting more help

Existing users can open a support ticket inside their platform. If you cannot sign in, use the support request form. Never send passwords, API keys or sensitive driver information.
